经历:
武汉大学与中国科学院微电子研究所联合培养博士(2015-2019),导师为蒋昌忠教授与刘明院士。自2019年7月起任职于中国科学技术大学信息科学技术学院微电子系。担任Applied Physics A 、Microelectronics Engineering、Journal of the Electron Devices Society等国际知名期刊审稿人。

主要研究方向:宽禁带半导体器件(紫外探测器等)、忆阻器件、和选通器件。

   基于上述研究,在Advanced Materials Small IEEE EDL SCI 期刊发表论文 30 余篇,其中 3 篇被选为杂志封面文章;SCI 引用 270 余次;公开专利 4 项,其中授权专利 1 项;撰写Elsevier英文书籍一章。
